Abstract

Fenomena ini berdampak pada penurunan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Lingkungan kerja menjadi tidak kondusif, tingkat disiplin menurun, serta munculnya konflik industrial yang mengganggu produktivitas. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi manajemen untuk membangun komunikasi dua arah, memberikan pelatihan yang memadai, serta melibatkan karyawan secara aktif dalam penerapan 5R untuk menciptakan hubungan industrial yang harmonis dan mendukung peningkatan kinerja.Dalam organisasi, penerapan kepemimpinan yang tidak efektif sering menjadi sumber permasalahan hubungan industrial yang berdampak pada kinerja. Salah satu fenomena umum adalah gaya kepemimpinan otoriter yang menimbulkan ketegangan antara manajemen dan karyawan. Penerapan 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) dan kepemimpinan yang efektif merupakan dua hal penting yang saling mendukung dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Untuk itu, perlu strategi yang terintegrasi agar keduanya berjalan konsisten dan memberi dampak positif jangka panjang.
