Dampak Penerapan 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) dan K3 ( Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja ) terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract

Penerapan K3 dan 5R bukan hanya sekadar kewajiban formal, tetapi merupakan strategi nyata untuk membangun hubungan industrial yang harmonis dan profesional. Tanpa adanya komitmen bersama dari seluruh pihak di dalam organisasi, maka upaya untuk meningkatkan hubungan industrial akan selalu menghadapi hambatan yang sama dari waktu ke waktu. Berdasarkan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) dan 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) merupakan dua faktor yang sangat penting dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja di lingkungan organisasi. Keduanya saling melengkapi dan memberikan dampak positif tidak hanya terhadap produktivitas kerja, tetapi juga terhadap kualitas hubungan industrial antara pekerja dan pengusaha.K3 berperan langsung dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, meminimalisir risiko kecelakaan, serta menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental para pekerja. Lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman berkontribusi besar terhadap peningkatan motivasi, loyalitas, dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan begitu, kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan akan meningkat.Sementara itu, penerapan 5R memastikan bahwa tempat kerja selalu dalam kondisi yang tertata, bersih, dan efisien. Hal ini dapat mencegah terjadinya pemborosan waktu, energi, maupun sumber daya produksi. Selain berdampak pada efisiensi kerja, penerapan 5R juga menciptakan suasana kerja yang kondusif dan profesional, sehingga hubungan antara pekerja dengan manajemen semakin harmonis
